# Knowledge base editable starter

This source template copies the published Lenso knowledge-base reference App's
App-owned Rust business Plugin, Bun excerpt Plugin and React frontend. It comes
from `LioRael/lenso-examples` commit
`93d366522d7f33bd3f6ca79786beb165bbe52f5c`.

Review the exact archive and preview its files before copying it into a new,
empty App directory. The copied files belong to the App owner. This template
does not install or activate a Plugin, provision a database, issue credentials,
or replace existing files. It requires Rust/Cargo, Bun and a compatible Lenso
CLI; its native acceptance evidence is macOS ARM64. Other targets require their
own Host and dependency qualification.

The archive contains `app/notes-web`, `app/excerpt` and `frontend`. The Rust
Plugin owns note and attachment persistence and the HTTP business behavior;
Excerpt supplies deterministic excerpt tools and optional Jobs. The frontend
provides bearer login, notes, upload and settings screens. No model service is
configured.

Provision a local PostgreSQL database and adopt reviewed compatible Auth, Jobs
and Secrets Plugins through the documented signed-package path. Keep database
URLs and tokens outside the copied source. Follow the reference guide's build,
check, start and browser operations. The template itself is source content;
those runtime dependencies are separate releases and are not bundled here.

The archive excludes package caches, build targets, private keys, database
files and credentials. The source includes checked-in browser assets and locks,
so its declared package inputs remain available for review. Selecting or
removing this template never deletes App-owned data.
